Water/Sewer - Chairman Kilgus: Water main break on Spring Valley - sewer pond valve needed to be replaced (under warranty) - proposed new well and other proposals under consideration, possible merging of projects - further discussion will take place when Rank returns
Law/Finance - Chairperson Hansen: Budget Amendment: Motion by Hansen, support by Kinzel to amend the 2010 budget by transferring $40,000.00 from General Fund 101 to Equipment fund 641 for the purchase of a new truck - Roll Call: AYES: Kinzel, Cantrell, Pallin, Kilgus, Hansen, Siderman - NAYES - NONE - MOTION CARRIED

Building/Grounds - Chairman Siderman: Bids for re-roofing storage building (metal/shingle) will be published in the Record Patriot - bid opening will be scheduled for April 30 th at 11:00 AM
Equipment - Chairperson Cantrell: Received the new truck with V-plow (blade can be straightened)
Parks/Rec - Chairman Pallin: No report
Superintendent Moore: Water shutoffs are scheduled for March 11 - diaphragm pump broke, information gathered on replacement cost, will review with Cantrell and make a determination
Old Business:
Vicki Carpenter - Streetscape efforts still continuing - Kinzel spoke with MDOT concerning signage, Spring Valley and Benzie Blvd. are not considered US 31 business - Representative Scripps would like to be kept informed of the project status - Joan Duggan is checking into grants
